PHYSIOLOGICAL RESET® MASSAGE DECONTRACTING
What is Physiological Reset® Massage
Decontracting massage is a therapeutic treatment aimed at releasing deep muscle tension and relieving contractures that cause stiffness and pain. Through specific manipulation techniques and calibrated pressure, this massage works deeply on the tissues to restore natural muscle elasticity and promote functional recovery.
During the session, the therapist uses kneading, rubbing, and localized pressure on the contracted areas, focusing on the most affected areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, and lower limbs. The treatment promotes blood and oxygen flow to the muscles, stimulates lymphatic circulation, and helps eliminate accumulated toxins.
Benefits of the Massage
Dissolves Contractures

Improves Circulation
It stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, promoting tissue oxygenation.
How a Session Takes Place
The treatment begins with a careful postural assessment and the identification of areas of tension. The practitioner uses specific manual techniques, combining deep pressure, fascial stretching and joint mobilisation to work on the muscular and connective structures.
The manoeuvres are performed with a rhythm and pressure calibrated according to individual needs, following specific sequences that respect the anatomy and muscle chains. During the treatment, it is normal to feel a sensation of ‘good pain’ in the areas of greatest tension, followed by an immediate sense of release and lightness.
Physiological Reset® can be performed on the entire body or focused on specific areas such as the back, neck, shoulders or legs. The typical duration is 60-90 minutes, depending on the extent of the area to be treated and the problem to be addressed.
